Tell 1000 was created to give customers an easy-to-use interface to air their frustration and anger at the bad customer service that they have received from companies.

Visitors lodging complaints are required to provide basic contact information which is not published but will allow companies wishing to resolve the issue a means of contact.

Visitors can view complaints submitted by others and vote in support for the best/worst complaints. In addition, individual complaints can be submitted to social news websites such as Digg or StumbleUpon to create a greater awareness amongst a wider audience.
