Not sure if blizzard management is good or bad, but the support staff really bad. They did not respect players as customer. The feeling they give you is player are troublemaker. Please respect the player. I thought customer always right.

In fact, their latest Diablo III features is far behind when compared to most MMO which exist 2 - 3 years back. What happened to Starcraft II? Not popular anymore? It is just a matter of time Diablo III will face the same ending. The problem is not in the game, but the way company piss of the player.

Blizzard deserve to be raided by police at South Korea. Hope it will happen in Europe and US too.

I have to put in a full complaint to blizzard entertainment which is somehow a leading online MMORPG provider,with names such as World of Warcraft,etc,etc. Their lack of customer care has reached its max with me. They give a phone number for customer care yet you can never get threw and you are forced with two options , One spend the rest of your day calling back to back or place in a ingame ticket about your situation, When it comes to people paying money for service, Customer service does come with it, This company has proven time and time again that their customer care team should be retrained on how to care for its prier customers, rather now they wish to only keep their eyes set on their new project rather then expanding help to people who have been paying way before that project was even ready to be released. I find it sad that people should have to wait 2+ days to hear back form anyone, This company will not even give compensation for time loss, All it would take is adding the time loss of game play back to their clients membership or time, Really? It does not take that long, Someone I personal know had to wait a week! This is very..very unprofesional.

Are you an online gamer? I am and with that being said,I have played a few online and had asked for Customer Care from Blizzard Entertainment/Battle.net and or best known for World of Warcraft. The way their Customer Support set up is ran, Is you fill out an online ticket with as best detailed info about you're current situation. Blizzards ticket support system is set up for a GM/Game Master to get back with you within stated 24-72 hour time span. I have now been waiting 5 days going on six. The issue is not a large issue that would take over 24 hours to look into but something as basic as a closed guild/faction. I had fully explained to their company about the issue at hand, and it seems with the over long wait of getting help,that this company doe's not wish to comply with what their company has installed as their customer care. I yes, do understand that companies have many people to deal with. And with that being said, As a former Customer Care Rep for other styles of work, I have also been asked to treat every customer with care,and to go above and beyond the call of what is asked of me,to ensure a customer feels welcomed,and their over all money they have invested in a product or service is fully worth it. I do advice people if you do plan on using the World of Warcraft battle.net/blizzard ticket system to think you're issue threw, Only because it will take a while to get back to you. Threw blizzard members pay 14.99 a month for content, If you are stuck,have an issue and you're ticket is not answered within the given time, I do believe the company should pay for you're next month to show that we are truly sorry for the issue at hand and we wish to make it up to you since you are a valued and respected customer. Or at least have the politeness to say, We are sorry for the delay in you're ticket wait, but at this time we are undergoing a high demand for help and you're wait time has been increased, We are sorry for this issue but please bare with us we will get back to you soon. Yet again this company does not care, It is something to expect from a company who makes more then what you are getting.
