I do not see how they where the antagonist at all in fact you where rude as hell, all that was done was explained why they would not discount the item.

Hi, My name is Ann. Last month, my friend and I went to Cash Converters at Logan Central. We wanted to sell our things to them. There has a staff who is called Troy served us. Firstly, he helped us to mark the price of each thing. And then he added all things up, and he told us that the price is $150 totally. We agreed that, but we must need to know the price of each thing. He said that he couldnˇ¦t tell us each price because we have too many things, but he would give us the receipt that would show the price of them. When we received the receipt, we discovered that many things did not show on the receipt and also were excluded in the total price. We felt very strange about this. So we came there again to ask Troy. He was very rude to say that he did not know why about it and it was the problem of computer and he must not take any responsibility. And then he came back his office and did not care us again. Because we did not receive a good explain, so we looked for the manager at this shop. This manager is called Stan, we told this event to him,however, he just defended his staff and his service was very bad and rude too. Finally, we also did not receive any suitable explain. I purchesed a computer from cash convertors at Kings meddows in tasmania, when I got it home I found a number or problems with it and returned it the next working day so it could be repaired. The manager told me that it would take a week to fix it so that was fine they said they would contact me when it was finished so I waited and waitd then when the week was up i rang them back and was told that my computer had to be send to a technition and that he had fixed the modem and was waiting for a part to fix the cd rom as that was jammed shut. they would call me back when it was fixed. Aweek later I called them to find out if there was any progress and I was told that thier own computers were down and the same guy was fixing them that it would take a little longer bye this stage I have been waiting . weeks and they told me he was still working on it. so the third week came and went so I rang them again the promised me that it would bee fixd next week (week4) so duing the next week i rang again to see if it was done i was told the computer had some kind of virus that is why it was taking so long and that it would be there friday morning sometime. so on saturday i went into launceston (45k drive) to pick it up get there and was told that it was not there so I asked if they would ring and ask when it would be ready, they did and said that the bloke was not home and he would ring them back then they would ring me. Today I called yet again and was told that my computer is stuffed the modem that they claimed was fixed was stuffed and the person has'nt even fixed it yet and that it was going to cost them a packet to fix it and if I wanted to wait a few more months they would get around to it or get my money back or get another computer from them which is ok but i think it unfair to be lied to and to my expense in phone calls which were all STD and driveng in and out on a goose chase it is totally wrong and not a good thing to do to your customers.
Offered cash or credit for an idem, I was verbally antagonised over the transaction by the sales staff. I informed them of there antagonistic manner, and he continued saying "Pardon, Pardon" antagonising me. Wile handing my credit card over to a young salesman, I said "I only offered cash or credit card, there was no reason for him to carry on like a moron. Thee the Manager antagonises grabbed the item and said to the sales staff member: "don’t sell it to him, don’t sell it to him". I then left.
The cash converter staff member performing the indigenisation was the store manager. It appears he was annoyed at me asking if there was any difference in the price if I offered cash or credit card. 23-07-04 the owner called me and said the Cash Converter staff was the aggressor only at the end of it. The cash Converter manager on the 17-03-04 was a real big and the experience was a lesson on what not to do.
