We purchased a corner lounge suite from this store at Albion Park Rail,N.S.W.After one month the cushions started to flatten,we rang the store and told them,they sent a person to take photo's.They then rang us and said they wanted to book it into be repaired,I said I didn"t want a repair but a refund,after checking my rights with the Dept of Fair Trading.The girl I spoke to said she didn't have the authority,she wouls speak to her boss.She rang back and said no way would we get a refund,a repair only,take us to court,which I did and have orders for a refund.I would never buy another item from this store.their products are inferior and the customer service is disgusting.Have since found out two of my friends have bought items from them,and have had faults.All this has taken a period of 5mths to resolve,my time my money.save the hassle don't buy from this store.
