Flash Couriers (New South Wales, Australia)
We sent a package with Flash Couriers and half of it arrived. They were unable to find the other half of the package and claimed it was simply gone. One of the directors of the company advised us that they were not responsible in any sense because "one package was sent and one was signed for". The receiver did not realise that the package was only half there so accepted the package and only realised the problem after opening. A fine example of poor customer service, we recommend you avoid using them because if something goes wrong they have demonstrated complete inflexibility in dealing with issues that arise.
