Sales person made a promise over and above what they promise on website. Twenty-four hour delivery of first logo concept in order to make the sale. My first mistake was trusting his word. Since then, they have missed 100% of promised deadlines, delivered shoddy work full of typos, incorrect edits and demonstrated malice toward me.

Once first logo concept was delivered, simple edits could take over three days to deliver. Approved edited files in two cases were not delivered. Instead old edits were delivered. In the current situation, they have promised the actual approved files every day since June 2, 2010 and as of today, June 15th, I still have no files.

During frustrating conversations, staff have laughed at my pleas for follow-up. They have promised return phone calls which were never placed. They have lied consistently about why revisions have not been sent on time.

It has now been two months since my order was placed. They refuse to send files which are already in their system. They have not sent me final concept on the final piece of my order which was promised almost a month ago.

After doing research, I found that they have been rated an "F" with the Delaware BBB for 17 unanswered complaints. Complaints have increased steadily over the past two years. Scores of people have complained across the internet about their immoral practices and below average standards.

The worst customer service experience I've EVER had.
