T-Mobile (Alabama, United States)

I have two BIG gripes with T-Mobile. First, they allowed my then-husband to open an account in MY name with no signature/ID from me (he kept it hidden from me for several weeks until I found out about it on my own), and to add himself as an authorized user. When I found out about it, he was running from police (he had a battery warrant for beating me up) and we had already separated so I called to cancel the account. I removed him as an authorized user and put a passcode on the account...the NEXT DAY he had a girl call and pretend to be me to re-activate the account. They allowed it, she got through because they didn't even ask for the passcode I had set!!! I called Customer Service and the Fraud Department no less than 20 times over the course of a month, and they still hold me responsible for all the charges racked up on this account (did I mention there were 8 lines opened up?)! The other day I had enough and called the corporate office, sure that at such a high level somebody would care about their negligent Customer Service representative. Not only was the corporate representative rude, she was completely unhelpful and basically said "too bad." I told her I was going to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the FCC, and she didn't even care. This is the worst customer service I have ever heard of, I wonder if they treat all their customers like this!
