I went to Valley Girl in Castle Hill when I bought $50 worth of clothes. Upon walking out of the store, an employee asked if she could look in my personal hand bag. I politely told her not, as it's illegal to search bags smaller than A4 size. She then didn't allow me to exit the store and called the manager. The manager then told me I my bag had to be search or else she would call security. I then told her again that it was illegal to search bags that were smaller than a4 size and then ran out of the store and then into The Body Shop (opposite Valley Girl) to get away from them. They then followed me into the body shop and kept harassing me to search my bag. When I refused again, they then called security, but I already left the shopping centre by then. Anyway, we complained to the police about it and the store manager said they only wanted to look in people's bags was because "all the other shops were doing it". What a pathetic excuse. She obviously has no idea what she's doing. Anyway, I was completely disgusted by their customer service. Nobody has the right to harass other people, force them to open up their personal bags, and stalk other people! Please don't shop at Valley Girl at Castle Hill. They're just trouble.
