Hi,

I am Vinita Singh using Vodafone Prepaid number 9873314319 from Delhi circle.

I bought this connection on 10th Feb 2010 from Sharma Communication, Mahavir Enclave Part-I (Dealer for all Mobile Services) and submitted my PAN as POI and Vodafone mobile of Oct 2009 as POA at same point of time to same dealer, Still my CLIP services was barred without any intimation after 3 days that too early in the morning and without any prior information of non reciving of document than I received 2 message approx near at 9:30/9:35 informing CLIP service of my number has been barred due to non submission of documents and the second message was submit your document withing 24 hours to use the uninterrupted. According to message I was told to submit my documents any of near Vodafone Store or Vodafone Teleshop. As per my knowledgeVodafone Teleshop is Vodafone Mini Store but when I went to nearest vodafone mini store (JAi Maa Communication) executive sitting from Vodafone said that Document can't be submitted at any Vodafone Mini Store for that I need to visit any Vodafone Store only. Than very next day I visited Vodafone Store of Sec-18 (Noida) but executive sitting at counter told me that My mobile bill will not be considered as POA. Name of executive was Vaibhav.

Again I went to same dealer Sharma Communication for the confirmation of document and he reconfirmed the same from his distributor infront of me that as an adderess proof I can submit the Photo copy of Ration Card which is on my father's name but my name is also available in the Ration card as the family member.

Again I submitted the all document to the same dealer PAN as POI, Rtion Card as POA and CAF and CDF also.

All these process took 4 days and my number was barred 4 days and it was activated on Thursday or Friday but Today (25th Feb 2010) as I received the message from Vodafone that my services are being barred due to non submission of document.

Kindly suggest what to do now. Should I leave the Vodafone connection becaus the customer care is also very pathetic that any does not share the correct information from CSA level to AM level. I have the detaild for the same when I called to Ccare of Vodafone.

There two more customers having the same problem who bought these vodafone connection from the same dealer. Even the dealer was creabing for same by saying "Mai to Dukhi ho Gaya hoon- Sabse jada problem Vodafone mein hi hai".
